ECI has recruited investment associate Louis Jans from Houlihan Lokey, where he was a technology sector specialist focusing on software, data and analytics, edtech and tech-enabled services. He previously worked with ECI as a buy-side and sell-side adviser.

Harry Kernick has joined BGF’s investment team in Reading. He previously spent four years in PwC’s transactions team in Reading training as an ACA.

Oliver Bevan (1) is now a partner at Synova. He was previously partner and head of the UK at Waterland Private Equity, and prior to that he spent 15 years at Dunedin. 

Synova has also recently recruited Chris Snow (2) from Horizon Capital and Adam Page (3) from GP Bullhound as investment managers, and Jessica Collins (4) from Bowmark Capital as investment executive.

Delaney Brown joins Bregal Investments as head of capital solutions from Canada Pension Plan, where he was MD and head of PE funds and secondaries. Before that he spent eight years at Hermes GPE as head of the Americas.

Fairstone Group has promoted Peter Donaldson to managing director of its partnership channel. He joined the investment firm in 2021 from HSBC, where he had spent 17 years.

Inflexion Private Equity has opened a Stockholm office covering the Nordic region. Henrik Nordman (1), who has worked in Stockholm and London with Inflexion since 2022 and before that Bridgepoint for 11 years, will head the office. Petter Svensson (2) has joined as investment director from Bridgepoint, and John Persson (3) as investment executive from Bank of America.
