ECI has promoted Daniel Bailey (1) and Rich Pearce (2) to partner in its investment team. Bailey joined in 2018 from BGF, where he spent three years. Prior to that he worked for Canaccord Genuity and Deloitte, where he trained as an ACA. Pearce joined the firm from EY-Parthenon in 2019, and before that worked for Roland Berger and Home Retail Group.

ECI has also promoted Jin Ni Ooi (3) to investment manager. Prior to joining ECI in 2022, she spent six years with PwC, where she trained as an ACA, before moving into transaction services.

LDC has promoted Richard Haynes (1) to partner and head of its value creation partners (VCP) team. He joined as a director in July 2023 from Incrementum Advisory. He began his career with PA Consulting, then spent six years with EY before commercial roles at Ideal Standard, Churches Fire & Security and Avado. 

Natasha Fisher (2) has joined the team as commercial manager from Armstrong Transaction Services, where she worked on commercial due diligence and value creation projects for private equity mid-market funds, debt providers and corporate investors. Prior to that she worked for Simon-Kucher. 

Arnie Fuller (3) has been made technology manager in the VCP team. He has been with LDC 11 years, working in various IT roles.

James Garland (4) has been promoted to investment director, covering the South of England. He has been with LDC for seven years.

At WestBridge Thomas Dutton (1) joins as senior investment manager in the firm’s Manchester office, from Dow Schofield Watts, where he spent six years and was a director. Prior to that he trained as an ACA with KPMG. The firm has also promoted Rebecca Sinclair (2) to senior investment manager in its London office. She joined the firm in 2019 from HSBC.

Rutland has promoted Chris Lynch to investment manager. He joined as investment executive in July 2022 from PwC, where he qualified as an ACA, before spending three years in its financial restructuring team.

Palatine has promoted Midlands-based Tom Hustler (1) and London-based Matthew Coles (2) to senior investment director. Hustler joined the firm’s Birmingham office in 2017 from RBS. He previously spent seven years with KPMG, where he trained as an ACA. Coles, who is in the firm’s impact investment team, joined seven years ago from PwC, where he trained as an ACA, before moving into transaction services.

In Palatine’s value enhancement team, Tom Ross-Jones (3) has been promoted to head of portfolio. He is based in Manchester and joined Palatine in 2017 from EY, where he spent 11 years in transaction services. Georgina Wendon-Smith (4) has been promoted to portfolio director, based in Birmingham. She joined the firm in 2020 from Grant Thornton, where she spent six years. She previously spent four years with Duff & Phelps.

In Palatine’s sustainability team, Stephanie Wall (5) has been promoted to senior sustainability director, and Nikhita Mistry (6) to sustainability manager. Wall joined the firm six years ago from WSP, where she spent eight years. Mistry has been with the firm three years. Both are based in Manchester.

Inflexion has recruited Humphrey Baker as a partner to lead technology investments from its enterprise fund. He joins after 10 years at Graphite Capital, where he was senior partner and member of the investment committee.
