Gresham House Ventures has recruited Jens Düing as head of portfolio. He moves from Frog Capital, where he spent 13 years and was senior partner, leading deal sourcing across Europe. He started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort in 2002, and has also worked at Pioneer Point Partners, Fidelity Equity Partners and Apax. At Gresham he will work alongside managing director and CIO Trevor Hope, with primary responsibility for portfolio management, including value creation strategy development for portfolio companies.
Georgia Ling has joined ECI as investment analyst, moving from Rothschild, where she spent three years as an M&A analyst with a tech focus, having graduating from University College London with a degree in philosophy, politics and economics.
NorthEdge has recruited Aiden Hawkes (1) and Serafina Di Felice (2) as investment managers in Birmingham and Manchester respectively.
Hawkes has joined from Alantra, where he spent three years and was
vice president in its investment banking. Prior to that, he spent two years working in corporate finance at Transcend Corporate, having trained as an ACA
in BDO’s audit team in Birmingham.
Di Felice has joined from the London office of Kartesia, a European asset manager focused on corporate lending. Prior to that she spent three years at Lloyds Banking Group, latterly working in leveraged finance.
Foresight has opened an office in Exeter and recruited Jamie Pelmear as investment associate from Bishop Fleming in Exeter, where he spent 13 years in total and seven in corporate finance, having trained as an ACA in the firm’s audit team.
DSW Ventures, the venture capital arm of Dow Schofield Watts, has recruited Mira Androniciuc (1) as investment associate and Annabel Stork (2) as investment analyst. Androniciuc has joined from the Francis Crick Institute.
