We try to be different. We try to be different by listening. We also try to be different by innovating - the FT thinks so in how we deliver our legal services, and we think both innovation and listening resulted in Value Dynamics which we created from more than 150 hours of conversation with General Counsel - it's a toolkit for in house counsel and we hope you find it useful.
We also try to be different through listening to different voices from diverse people so diversity is important to us as a business - please read about us.
And if you'd like to work here we'd like to hear from you - learn more about us through our careers section. We think we're good lawyers. We also think we're commercial - and sometimes those two attributes don't go hand in hand. We think we combine them well. We love what we do and, our clients tell us, we are fun to work with. Innovative, progressive, commercial, good lawyers.

Buzzacott
-
At Buzzacott we define ourselves by the needs of our clients. These needs range from those of nuns to those of hedge fund managers. The relationships we build are both personal and enduring. They are founded on continuity of personnel, ease of access and a depth of specialist knowledge that in certain key areas leads the industry.
That knowledge, gained through front-line experience as well as individual training, is applied by “specialist teams” who combine niche expertise in international and regulation-intensive sectors – expatriates, charities, LLPs - with excellence in mainstream tax and financial management services. The quality of their advice explains Buzzacott’s growing reputation.
We have over 330 staff working with 30 partners in specialist teams. Being under one roof is a real advantage because we can communicate with each other easily, work co-operatively and provide a full service to our clients.

Connection Capital
-
Connection Capital was established in 2010 by four investment professionals who shared the same aim: to give clients access to alternative investments which were available to the institutional market but closed to private investors.
We believe that private investors should be able to access the same quality of alternative investment opportunities that institutional investors, with their larger firepower, are able to.
Our syndicated model pools our clients’ capital on a deal by deal or fund by fund basis meaning they can access opportunities which would usually be out of reach due to minimum investment size or which are just not available through other routes. Through us our clients have the opportunity to invest on a self-select basis so each client can build their own bespoke portfolio over time.
Our opportunities can broadly be classified as either private equity, private debt, commercial property or alternative funds.

WSP’s environment and energy consultants work across many sectors to help companies to manage environmental, sustainability, energy, flood risk and climate-change issues – to reduce risk, optimise opportunities, and create competitive advantage for their clients.
WSP’s 15,000 employees, operating from 35 countries, have supported clients including Barclays Capital, BMW, Emerson, Freshfields and Goldman Sachs. They have advised on transactions including the $1.3bn acquisition of DJO Inc by Blackstone and the €1.5bn sale of AB-Inbev’s Central & Eastern European brewing business.
Environmental risk and liability is often the focus of corporate environmental due diligence. But, reflecting the increasing importance of sustainability as an issue, WSP is working with investors and advisers to integrate environment and social governance into transactions – rather than them being a barrier to business.
