We take both majority and significant minority positions in SMEs operating in a broad range of sectors and use our team’s combination of growth capital, buyout and complex situations expertise to provide transaction speed and certainty and to support outstanding management teams of companies with fundamentally strong business models.
We have committed capital, having completed a first close of our second fund in November 2020.
