The EY UK Deal and Transaction Strategy team, part of EY-Parthenon, focuses on helping clients navigate the full lifecycle of transactions—from strategy development to execution and post-deal transformation.
They deliver operational due diligence, deal management, functional support (e.g. IT, Finance) and value creation advice and support. They advise their clients early to navigate transaction risk and increase value, from deal inception, to execution, and then driving toward longer-term transformation.
