We are inviting a selection of members to represent different voices through in-depth interviews.
The next phase will be a large-scale survey sent to the wider audience, starting in early October 2024.

1. Who is conducting the research?
- Truth Consulting is conducting the research, with Acumen handling the logistics for arranging the in-depth interviews.

2. How will my feedback be used?
- Your feedback will be aggregated and analysed to identify common themes and trends. This information will help us improve our services and better meet the needs of ICAEW members.

3. Will my responses be confidential?
- Yes, all responses will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of this research.

4. Who will be selected for the in-depth interviews?
- A cross-section of ICAEW members will be randomly selected to ensure a representative sample of views.

5. How can I participate in the research?
- For the second phase, Acumen, Truth’s logistics partner, will get in touch with a random selection of members for the in-depth interviews.
- For the third phase happening in early October, Truth will send out the survey to all members. Please keep an eye on your mailboxes or the channels you have opted in for receiving communications from ICAEW.
