Biography
Paul read for his Bachelors Degree in Chinese at Durham before receiving a scholarship from the British Korean War Veterans' Association and Samsung to read for an MA in International Management at Yonsei University in Seoul. He spent almost four years in the UK with PwC and Grant Thornton before moving back to Korea in 2007. After returning to Korea he spent 8 years working at PwC Korea participating in cross-border M&A deals before transferring to Seoul City Hall to head up the Seoul Global Centre, which provides various business and consular and welfare support services for the foreign residents of Seoul.
