Mr Jerome Chanmugam JP FCA
Managing Director, Chelsea Holdings (pvt) Ltd
Jerome is a Justice of the Peace and acts as Consultant / Coordinator for Infrastructure Development projects and also for project financing in Sri Lanka.
He is the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Catholic Business Persons and Professionals Organisation under the Archdiocese of Colombo and the Hony. General Secretary of the Tamil Union Cricket & Athletic Club which is the home of The Oval, Colombo.
