The DPB (Investment Business) Handbook provides full details of ICAEW's licensing arrangements. This includes:
  • the agreement between the firm and ICAEW for a licence;
  • the regulated activities that can be conducted under a licence; and
  • how regulated work should be conducted.

Updated DPB (Investment Business) Handbook effective 1 June 2023

The Handbook has been updated due to changes to ICAEW’s disciplinary framework. The amendments are consequential changes only. For example, some committee names have been updated and references to specific Disciplinary Bye-laws have changed.
