We published our Best Practice Guide to Price and Service Transparency in June 2020 and will review take-up of the Guide this autumn.
To help you assess your firm, we have summarised our 2019 benchmarking report. Please read through the summary to identify where your firm can improve on cost and service transparency.
At this stage, the recommendations of the Best Practice Guide are voluntary. However, if the Legal Services Board considers the results of our upcoming review to be insufficient, we may need to develop the Guide into a set of compulsory regulations.
