The two-day event was hosted in November 2021, where Global Accounting Alliance tax experts and international revenue authorities discussed the ever-changing international tax landscape. Recordings of the sessions are available to watch on demand.
The first session covers digitalisation of tax administration, taxpayer behaviour in the modern economy, and the changing tax landscape and how it will impact revenue authorities. This includes speakers from the US IRS, the Irish Revenue Commissioners and the South African Revenue Service and provides insight on their approaches to digitalisation.
The second session discusses the tax consequences of hybrid working in different jurisdictions, the importance of cross-border collaboration for professionals and the accountant’s role in a changing tax landscape.
The sessions are one hour and 90 minutes respectively, and are available to view for all.
