Insolvency Practitioners: SIPs 3.2, 7 and 9 have been updated following last year's consultation. Changes will take effect on 1 April. To find out more, visit the latest issue of ICAEW’s Insolvency News.

Legislative change for connected party pre packs and Statement of Insolvency Practice 16: SIPs 13 and 16 are also being amended due to legislation changes. Further information will be sent to insolvency practitioners as soon as the changes are confirmed.

ICAEW seeks to revoke Irish RAB status: ICAEW intends to seek the revocation of its Recognised Accountancy Body status in Ireland with effect from 1 July 2021.
