In this article Sudheer Sharma, chair of the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Community, reflects on a successful 2023 and outlines the Community plans for 2024.

Last year the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality (TTH) Community continued to provide members with content which reflected the trends of the industry and needs of members. This included topics such as VAT, serviced accommodation and a predication for the year ahead of us.

We also collaborated with ICAEW Retail Community to look at topics such as UK high streets and how business in retail and hospitality could expect to operate in 2023. Sudheer commented "I’m really pleased with the content that the TTH Community were able to produce for its members in 2023. I would like to thank members of the advisory group for their time, expertise, and ongoing help in putting together our events.

This year the TTH Community is looking to expand the scope of topics and content that it produces, and the advisory group is already hard at work thinking of topics and speakers for webinars as well as drafting articles for you. We’re very keen to for you to see this."
