Biography

Ricky is the founder of RJT Advisory Ltd a specialist internal strategy and operating model consultancy for high-growth organisations.

He has had a varied career, gaining his letters in the Civil Service, working at BT before 7 years at PwC.

He has gained immense value from his ACA training and being part of the ICAEW community. He is keen to promote this broad value of the ACA and non-traditional training route like his.
