Biography

Majid qualified in 1977 and has been active in the profession ever since. He has held many directorship positions in some multinational companies operating in Iran and was a part time lecturer in various universities in Iran from 1978 to 1993, teaching accounting and auditing. 

He is part of a two partner firm at A M Mahallati & Co and has a professional work force of 27. They provide accounting, auditing, taxation and management consultancy services to clients that mainly comprise foreign multinationals operating in Iran. 

As well as being a fellow of the ICAEW, Majid is a member of the Iranian Association of Certified Public Accountants (IACPA).
