This policy is applicable to all ICAEW employees including staff in our non-UK offices. It defines fraud and bribery and gives examples of how corruption might happen. It sets out staff responsibilities for fraud prevention, and tells you what to do if you suspect fraud, bribery or corruption. It also explains ICAEW's response to fraud and bribery and covers the handling of gifts and hospitality which may be offered to staff by third parties.

This notice explains what Personal Data ICAEW holds about consultants, contractors (both inside and outside IR35), workers, agency staff, and people on work experience, how we collect it, and how we use and share your Personal Data.

ICAEW is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all its staff. The key elements of that commitment are contained in this policy document which is made available to all staff, visitors, and contractors.

The objective of this policy is to provide management direction and support for information security within ICAEW. All staff should be responsible for their own information security, and for compliance with any Information Security Policy.

This document covers the data protection principles with which ICAEW must comply, how we treat personal data, the consequences of failure to comply with this policy and other important information. This policy is applicable to ICAEW employees in the UK only and does not include staff in our non-UK offices.

This policy explains what employees, workers and contractors should do to try to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking existing within ICAEW's supply chains to include its business partners and what Staff should do if they suspect that modern slavery and human trafficking exists within ICAEW's supply chains.

ICAEW processes tens of millions of pounds in card payments annually. Application of this policy is critical to maintaining our business operations. This policy has been drafted and approved in agreement with the PCI Compliance Group.

This policy provides protection for those raising legitimate concerns based on a reasonable belief: whistleblowing. It enables workers and active members of ICAEW to raise concerns internally.
