Content from the Tax, Audit and Assurance, and Financial Reporting Faculties, as well as content from ICAEW Communities, are now available to all members as part of their annual membership, with no additional fees required.
The change is part of a wider move to further support members in their lifelong learning, while also providing members with as much value as possible for their membership fees. While all of this content is accessible merely by logging in, members are encouraged to join relevant faculties and communities to ensure that tailored content and communications are visible to them. Faculty and community members also get access to networking events at no extra cost, and receive discounted rates for certain events.
Members will currently have to pay extra to access Corporate Finance and Financial Services Faculty content. Non-ICAEW members will also be charged as previously.
“Professionals need information in real time, when their business or clients demand it,” said Iain Wright, ICAEW’s Managing Director, Reputation and Influence, when the change was announced. “The removal of paywalls for areas such as Audit, Tax and Financial Reporting, as well as Communities, will give all members access to the valuable and rich content produced by these groups.”
