Most of us will have to have a difficult or embarrassing conversation at some point either at work or with our friends and family on subjects ranging from body odour to performance reviews; these chats can be terribly difficult to navigate or even start. Although the participants might feel awkward, the meeting needs to be managed properly.
Richard Jenkins will offer practical tips on how to initiate them and how best to cover the subject without stumbling.
